Worked as expected
This nicely made small timer module fit well in my application, a very simple one that requires a timed relay closure when power is first applied. Board markings are rather oddly in Chinese, but the published data helps with that. Recommended.

Relay energizes on power up
The module works as listed. Which is not actually what I want on one aspect. I overlooked the detail that the relay energizes when power is supplied to the module. Then reverts back to neutral configuration on the relay till it is triggered again. The form factor is just what I needed but because of this little startup issue I am unable to use it for this project.

Time adjustment is barely functional.
It seems to work overall except the potentiometer adjustment just doesn't work. I tried moving it around, and you pretty much get 5 seconds or "always on." Moving the potentiometer adjustment just throws it for a loop and it just never times out. I will likely still use it, but I wish the adjustment was a bit more precise.

works as advertized
It worked as expected as soon as power was connected. One drawback - in the instructions it says you can change the timing capacitor to change the delay range. Theoretically that's true, but when I tried unsolder the existing capacitor, the via barrel pulled out. For the ordinary user, that would have been the end of the board, but I able to put in my new capacitor and add a wire to make the connection the via barrel used to make. That's my only gripe. It's got a nice relay that looks like it can handle a substantial electrical load.

Fail
Completely didn't work.

Works fine and delay time is settable well beyond 25 seconds.
The relay energizes immediately on trigger closure but timer delays the relay drop-out by your defined time when the trigger sensor opens. The delay timer doesn't begin until the trigger contact opens and if the trigger contact re-closes before your delay time is reached the timer resets to zero and the relay remains energized the entire time. My application was to de-chatter a pressure sensor contact. I only wanted to detect if the pressure sensor opened for longer than 2 seconds. Adjusting the trim pot for a 2 second delay and wiring the pressure sensor to be the timer board's trigger contact and wiring the board's NO relay contact to where the pressure sensor would normally be connected now filters out any opening of the pressure sensor that's less than two seconds. If the pressure sensor opens for more than 2 seconds the relay drops out. Any trigger contact opening for less than 2 seconds is ignored.

Works well and reasonable price
Using it to run crossing signal flashers on a model train layout.

Works but I was mislead
The product does function. I misunderstood how it is intended to function. When battery power is applied then the co tact is closed, cycling input switch starts the coubt down of delay. I thought a switch could be used to turn it on then it would delay the turn off from that same switch, I'll keep thinking on how to wire it but I believe its not what I needed ( delaying pto clutch shut down to cut down on false clutch cycling from bouncing in the seat)
