No mint. Here is the list of our ingredients- Saponified Oils of Sunflower, Coconut, Palm, and Safflower (with retained glycerin). Oats, Cacao Powder, Plantain Leaf Powder, Charcoal, Shea Butter,Virgin Coconut Oil, and Rosemary Extract. Essential Oils: Geranium, Lavender, Patchouli, and Clove.

How often can I wash my beard with this?

I use it twice a day head to toe, the natural ingredients won't dry out your hair, beard or skin. I solely use this soap instead of shampoo and body wash.
