I received the massager days earlier than expected and it really helped. I love it. It’s like having your own personal masseuse. I highly recommend it and it’s affordable. The heat element never worked but overall I love the back massager.

my fiances birthday was last week and i really wanted to get him one of these!!! hes had back pain for years along with many other body pains and he only just turned 30. so ive been wanting to get him something like this for a very long time, but i had very low expectations for this massager, even though i read all the amazing reviews and thoroughly went through amazon searching for the right one and read all the raving reviews on a lot of them i still didnt think much was going to come out of getting one of these. but we just never had any luck with them working the way we want them too. so after reading many many reviews i jumped. still wasnt sure if it was going to work for him so when it arrived in the mail i didnt even bother to wrap it lol i just plugged that sucker in and made him try it out. so good news is everything works perfectly, the massager part rotates on its own in intervals so it doesnt become repeative which i thought was pretty kewl. i love that it has a heat setting, although i do wish it would be just a tad bit hotter but i get why they couldnt do that. so everything works and he seemed to love it for his feet. the reason for the 4 stars is only because my fiance is such a big man that the massager is more fitting for a smaller person. so when on his neck the kneading balls doesnt fit right. so the gap between the balls isnt big enough so where my neck fit perfectly it was extremely uncomfortable for him. so when i tried it i fell in love cuz it fit my neck just right and i tried so badly to try different postitions for him to see if we could find the right way he could get comfortable where he could enjoy it but nothing seemed to work and it just ended up hurting his neck a little. so i would def recommend this product to anybody thats under 200 pound. this product is def amazing and i love it.but now my gift to my fiance is now really my gift lol but i will def be using it and hopefully i can find one that will fit his body structure one day

I’ve had this almost a year, granted I’ve only Used it a handful of times bcuz I put it away & forgot about it, as well as being so tense, it kinda hurt & tickled at the same time, so it kinda irritated me…. Not the machine, but bcuz it worked so well & I hate being tickled. But that’s how tense & sensitive my upper shoulders & neck are…. I fought through a good hour of relaxing those knots & muscles, like you would with a professional massage. However I can control how deep, hard & hot it gets, which direction it goes and multiple areas like even ur legs, arms lowers back….. truly such a great purchase, the heat is definitely HOT enough. It still looks new & works as well as when I first got it last year. I have been using it more often now & would recommend it to anyone. Definitely relieved pain, is portable & worth the price. The material is soft & durable, like I said, still looks like new & nothing wrong with it. This gets deeper than a real masseuse if you know how to use it & lay on it.

Rollers are big and powerful and the adjustments help to fine tune what I’m looking for in my pain relief. The added heat is hot enough to feel great without the sweating

it feels so good and relaxing especially when you’re cramping! can get kinda uncomfortable whenever you want to lay down so it’s more for sitting that laying. and wraps around my waist so comfortably!!!!

Massager part works pretty good. But the "heat" function is nonexistent. Also, the cord that connects to it to plug into the wall is so short. Not sure if I'll keep this or not.

I slept weird one night and have had so much pain for days. Bought this on a whim for relief and nearly instantly (5 min) I feel so much better. Even if it poops out in a month the $35 is already worth it to me. Kinda awkward to put on at first, but it is definitely working/ worth it for a quick fix.

Amazing and worth the money .... feels like human knuckles massaging ... would highly recommend!
