I’ve been using this for 3 months and it really is fantastic, I briefly tried a cheaper product but that lasted all of 3 days the cheaper version made me feel sick. Cannot praise this product enough and really makes a difference to me.

Can't say much on Omega-3 efficacy but pills although large are very easy to swallow.

I was looking for Omega-3 tablets that do not smell of fish and do not have the aftertaste of fish for my autistic child. This works as well for my second daughter, as she does not eat fish and can't deal with smells. And it works for my partner as he can't have big capsules, but this one is easy to swallow. I did a lot of research on the best brand to buy fish oils. I wanted a product that wasn't also packed with omega 6, since a Western diet gets loads of that anyway due to seed oils and a poor omega 6 to omega 3 ratio can be pro inflammatory. 2 capsules gives you quite a high dose, so I tend to take 1 a day, or 2 if I miss a couple of days over the weekend. These have been sat in my desk drawer for a few weeks and they don't smell, they are sizable but that is to be expected of the dose, and they are easy to swallow with water. I bulk bought a few packs and they have lasted really well as the packs are fully sealed.
