I opened the seal of the bottle and powder came out. Some capsules were empty and contained no powder. Capsule seal was not proper. Overall a badly manufactured product.

Always ask your doctor before deciding to start or stop a vitamin or mineral supplement regimen. Listening to my doctors about needing to take specific vitamin and mineral supplements has really turned my life around. Magnesium is a mineral supplement that you may have to experiment with. Depending on your needs, it will most times dictate which type of magnesium you should need and how much you should be taking.
