Defective product want a replacement or cash back
A defective product I.e a Tecsun PL 880 delivered to me. The Shortwave reception is not functioning. The company package inside Amazon cover was torn and handled. Attempts at return in Amazon site not effective want quick return replacement or cash back. Manmohan Praharaj
