I bought the lumbar support, the contoured seat, and even the foot rest. I can’t be more impressed with the quality, and especially the indescribable support and comfort of these three items. I have been trying for over 10 years to get cushions for my back after a lumbar injury. I also have scoliosis, and have muscle spasm pain every single day. Now for a sort of funny discovery regarding the foot support. I almost didn’t buy that, thinking I could just throw a pillow on the ground if I ever needed a foot rest. I am super stoked because not only does it feel unexpectedly good on my feet…it is the absolute BEST lumbar brace for sleep! Totally didn’t see that one coming. It stays in place, doesn’t loose its shape, and because of this I can position my lower spine just right! No shooting off the bed like a watermelon seed. The seat and backrest are so comfortable in my car that I think I’ll be buying an additional pair so I don’t have to carry them around. I am very…Very happy with my purchase!

I ordered the seat cushion and this back support to use together for a very uncomfortable office chair. What I like: It's supportive to my back. Helps me retain my posture when working. Has a strap to hold it to the chair (see below). It pretty much fits the small chair I am using Works well with the seat cushion. The quality is good. Helps with back pain. What I don't like: It is not pleasing to look at - since I have to look at it every day, I wish I could cover it up with something else - bleh. The strap only tightens so far so if you have a small chair it won't stay put so I'm constantly adjusting it - it won't ever be tight enough to keep it where I want it. If I'm sitting against it, it'll pretty much stay but it's not completely ideal. The seat cushion was packed in a box but this came just in some plastic and that made me worry Amazon did it's thing of sending returned items as new - it looked new and didn't have any odor to it, but still that trust with Amazon isn't there any longer. I wish they had a 'set' price for the seat cushion and back cushion but they didn't for these two items I ordered. Super fast shipping (I do have Prime). Overall, I am happy with my order. The seat and this back cushion saved me from having to buy a new office chair.

This is absolutely the best lumbar support pillow I have ever had, and at age 67 it’s definitely the best. I always have had low back pain for many years without relief. This pillow has relieved my pain! Thank you so very much!

Oh no....now I have to keep it because it is so comfortable. I was really hoping this would be as overpriced as I imagined so I could get something else, but it really is the best one I have tried. I have chronic low back and neck pain. I got this for the car but I can't stop using it on my recliner for long enough to try it in the car. I work with my hands and like to watch tv at the same time, but if I am not at my desk with my ergonomic chair then anywhere else I usually get debilitating back pain. I've been able to craft from the couch (yay?) in the evenings so I'd say this is a great investment in being able to walk without pain and get more done. Take the chance! I thought I wanted something that was around 8-9 inches so it wasn't too high, but this is the perfect size. It doesnt leave my upper body floating to support itself. I am 5'6. The memory foam is so sturdy and the fabric is soft.

Quality is not the same as previous purchase. This recent back cushion is not as firm as the previous one. I seem to sink into the cushion especially if the day in warm, cold weather makes the cushion a little firmer, previous back cushion was firm, better quality and helped with some of my back pain, and supported my back better.

This lumbat support has made a huge difference. I am so much more comfortable sitting at my desk all day, now. I had a comfortable chair, but my boss took it away and won't let me have it back! So i had to spend some money so I won't physically hurt anymore. The pain was making my my days so miserable, where previously I could sit and work all day! Thank God for Cushion Lab. At first, this lumbar cushion seemed to hard, and my back was too sensitive to lean back against it. But, I've been having sciatic-like nerve pain from my tailbone and heel pain. I gave the cushion another try, this time on a dining chair and then in my car. I'm a lot more comfortable using it in both seats now. It helps push me forward so that my legs aren't feeling pressure from the seat cushion below. I only have one of these and gladly move it as I go about my day, sitting at the table, in my recliner, and in my car. It's shape gives nice support now without feeling so rigid. I like how my back fits into the wings and hollowed out area.

I bought a Secretlabs chair and also bought this, and their seat cushion - it's changed my world. I have 3 other back cushions - and this is by far the best. If you have back trouble - I recommend this. Bought with their seat cushion - it has changed my life.

Before I got this one, I tried few other popular lumbar supports on Amazon, nothing worked for me. Other lumbar pillows were all uncomfortable for it was too soft to support my back. This one is amazing, but if you are looking for something that is soft and comfortable, don't get this one. This is very firm and supportive. It feels like it also corrects my posture. I will give it a 5 star!
