Pantry Moth Traps - 6 Ready to Use Pre-baited Traps

Our pantry got infested with Drugstore Beetles. They came from something we brought home from the store. The exterminator said once we got rid of the food source the beetles would eventually go away - their life cycle can be 40-70 days. I wanted to help clear them out as fast as possible. The Pro-Pest Pantry pheromone traps worked fantastically. Easy to assemble and set inside your pantry and the beetles are attracted to them. I watched as beetles were attracted and made their way over to the traps where they got stuck. Then just throw away. We're now beetles free and can go shopping to replace all the food we had to throw away. I'm keeping a couple extras on hand as prevention. Best thing ever.

I was having a problem with little beetles in some parts of the house. I noticed some strange grit in my pantry and cleaned it out. I discovered something was invading the tea bags on the top shelf. I did some research and found they were likely carpet beetles that also like to live in other places, like pantries. I decided to give these a try, and they are working. They are unobtrusive, and they have a nice exterior appearance. Within a few days, I looked and saw that they had trapped several of these annoying little creatures. It's been a couple more weeks, and I haven't seen any more little bugs crawling around the kitchen and other rooms. I really appreciate that these are taking care of the problem without having to use chemical sprays. I will definitely purchase these again if I have this problem in the future.

I got pantry beetles from a product off Amazon which I won’t mention but it left me furious with these beetles. After clearing and vacuuming and treating I placed these traps which catch the bugs. I’m hoping it will break the cycle. I still see a few bugs here and there but it’s less and less. I’ll probably keep one of these out for a few years because these bugs are super breeders.

First, it's hard to see how a cardboard pest strip can have "thickness" and "warmth" as rating categories...shame on Amazon. I bought these after seeing Amazon put them in the drugstore beetle pest control product6s, despite the fact that the manufacturer doesn't claim they are good for that and despite the fact that some web posts say you can;'t use them for these pests. Fortunately, they work GREAT for our drugstore beetle infestations. Despite having carefully gone thru all of our kitchen and pantry, dis[posing of dozens of packages that these got into, we were still seeing these annoying insects around lights, in damp surfaces (like sinks, etc). So, this was kind of a desperation purchase. I put out two of the strips the day they arrived, and the little monsters seem to love them. Three days later they are still working great and the number of loose bugs we are seeing has plummeted.

Does not attract pantry Beatles at all, not even a little bit. Zero.

My wife has two beautiful lovebirds and treats them like, we'll lets just say their well taken care of. The result is a smorgasbord of twitter candy. One of the bags of tweet tweats came with a healthy helping of these little flying moths which soon took up residence. I spent many a day with a electric fly swatter getting an occasional real kick when one exploded with a loud pop. After sneaking sprays and electric light zappers around my wife I gave up with eradicating these little nasty pests. BTW make sure you have airtite containers if you notice them. I was doomed with the fly swatter a part of my hand until I did one more online look. Being the manly man, I read how they used pheromones to attract males and I was hooked like a cold one on Friday night. Two days later I was not so impressed, but then I started noticing a few less night time flyers. Three weeks and though I don't write many reviews, it was time for a review and I must say it is a good one. The tents are full of my little flying aces and I rarely see a live one escaping, remember I still have my zapper! Buy these if you have a moth infestation and you with a little clean up will solve your problem!

I previously purchased : Premium Pantry Moth Traps (2 Blue Traps) With Pheromone Attractant | 100% Safe, Non-Toxic, Organic and Insecticide Free! | by Dr. Killigan's These Pro-Pest traps don't seem nearly as strong/effective?? The concentration of these pests is less but still some in the vicinity of the traps aren't readily attracted??? My conclusion is that the Pheromone Attractant in these traps is not as strong or effective as Pheromone Attractant in Dr. Killigan's traps. they don't work in the open and take awhile in a pantry to [provide attraction..

We had some smallish moths flying around the kitchen. We discovered that some rice we has purchased was infected with bugs. they have gotten into much of the other foods within out cabinet. After tossing out nearly all our dry goods, we still were getting moths. the larva are so small. these were recommended to us. So far they appear to work. The scent of them does seem to attract the moths. So no we wait and hope to break the life cycle of these little buggers Would I recommend to others: Yes Would I purchase them again: Yes
