Excellent quality
We have some knives of this make and have been delighted with them, so we bought this pan to replace an old favourite which had worn out. It was more expensive than most replacements, but it seems to be worth it and at 3 months old, it still looks new. The non stick really works and it heats up quickly, with an even distribution of heat. We can’t fault it.

Has advertised - - great pan.
The non-stick surface is very effective and food just slides right off of it. Some people mentioned that the pan is heavy... I call that sturdy. The heat distribution is quite good. Make sure when you're using it on a burner that's not the same size as the pan that you give it time for the heat to spread. I've only had the pan for a few months and, so far, I say it's excellent.

No Need for High Heat
Like some others here, I was concerned that I could not use this pan on high heat. It says so very clearly in the instructions that come with the pan. What I have discovered using this pan is that you don't actually need high heat. The copper layer makes a huge difference not just for heat distribution but conducting heat from an induction cooktop. With some of my cookware (cast iron) I need level 9 to get the pan hot but using 9 with this pan would just be too hot. When I was cooking sausages the other day, the highest I needed to go was 7 then turn down to 6 or less to fry. I'm really impressed. It's still early days for me using this pan but so far it's been exceptional.

Still perfectly non-stick after 2 years.
Absolutely the best frying pan I have bought. Still perfectly non-stick after two years. I was initially cautious about the handle attachment design but its exceptionally strong and sturdy. The pan is quite weighty signifying the strong build quality ueing good materials. I use this pan daily, I highly recommend.

Non-stick coating very poor
I bought this in December 2020 in the expectation that it would outlast the Tefals and similar that I had bought before. It didn’t. After c. 3 months the non-stick surface had failed despite all of the manufacturer’s care and usage instructions being followed. I have waited this long to review this product because I wanted to see how well its replacement performed. The replacement, a £10 pan from Aldi, has, after 5 times the use, shown no signs of deterioration. The attached picture was taken some time ago and the pan is now only used to cook my dog’s liver. Not worth the money

Loving this pan so far. Nothing sticks and works super well. Would highly recommend

A little heavy - but well worth it.
A quality pan. A little on the heavy side, but that's how a quality pan needs to be to produce a solid, even distribution of heat. The non-stick coating appears to be a heavy duty one, not easily damaged. Not like other cheaper pans that soon 'wear away' to leave an uneven heat spread...and sticks. This feels like a quality item. Thinking of getting another size, too.
