I hardly ever write reviews, but this is brilliant little bit of kit. Yes it’s on the small side, but for a 2/3 year old it’s perfect. Want something bigger, then pay double price. It took me 1 hour to assemble on my own with a drill. Instructions are pretty clear and the parts are labelled. If you want it to last longer than a year definitely worth painting and felting the roof. I also added a sliding lock to stop the door blowing in the wind and keep unwanted animals out. For the money it’s a very capable playhouse, my daughter loves it.

This was easy to assemble, we did it with one adult & one teenager in around 1 hour( we weren’t rushing) I painted it with shed paint and covered the roof with a clear plastic sheet as its a home for my rabbit and i wanted it 100% waterproof, i did not purchase the floor as its on paving flags and feel it will be easier to clean without. It feels solid, I added a bolt as there is no lock provided to make it Secure. Love the perspex windows and it looks great in my garden. Its a good size home for my rabbit but you could easily fit a few little children inside to play instead, i would recommend and feel sturdy and its good value for money.

This is a nice little item and we are pleased with the finished result now it’s been painted but one or two issues. There was a fault in the construction of one piece which has left a slight gap - just shoddy workmanship or poor quality control so the pieces didn’t quite fit. By the time we had reached this stage we were in no mood to dismantle it and send it back so we intend to just fill the gap. Not really what you expect for £150. The windows are a nice feature but there’s an internal slat which you can’t access to paint which is a bit disappointing but can’t say you notice after a while. It’s reasonably easy to assemble - I would think you definitely need two people unless you’re an expert DIYer. I would recommend it as it looks really cute but can’t say yet how weather proof it will be over winter.

For the price this is a lovely little playhouse. It fitted together well and apart from a couple of staples that needed tapping back in the build quality is very good. I took the extra effort of sealing the windows against the rain but they were probably fine anyway. It is going to be great den for the grandchildren because it is very difficult for an adult to get inside, so it will be their secret place. I even saw one on a TV show this week, a famous brand coming methinks.

There's unfortunately always a but... it's a fab playhouse, BUT, in my humble opinion the floor should come with it as standard as it strengthens the house so much more. It seemed incomplete without it so I ended up buying it. Also, the roof is not watertight as described. It's just tongue and groove and was leaking quite badly. This annoyed me as I purchased this house after the description said it was weatherproof. I'd painted it by this point so then had to buy felt and nails. I'm absolutely delighted with the end result and I would recommend it- so long as you're willing to put in the work to treat/paint/felt it and fork out for the floor. We also put mine on skids to lift it off the ground.

This was such a good buy ! Easy step by step instruction, looks fantastic and have one happy little girl ! Only bit of advice would to be buy the floor That comes with it too! we did not buy the pack that included flooring And now regret not getting the whole package
