Honestly it does what it needs to do. Very simple and easy to use. You just pull off enough to use on areas of your braces or retainers that are causing irritation, pain will be so much better after one use. I purchased for my retainers; the lower retainer was causing friction and irritation in my inner cheek. It was super painful, I had stopped wearing my retainer to let it heal which isn’t good. So i purchased these to coat my retainers to keep from making it worse and relieve the pain. The first night of use felt relief it did feel weird but it was some relief. By night 2 my cheek felt a lot more healed and hardly any pain. I believe I will be using these for the long run or at least until I can get fitted for new retainers that may not cause friction. As this happens often. I do wish you got more for your money, it doesn’t seem that cost effective for what you get in my opinion, but still affordable if you need some relief in a pinch. I believe one pack would last a couple weeks so not too bad. It comes with a cute case also so if you wanted to buy 2 and keep one in your purse or bag it would be perfect.

I just got braces my second time recently like over a week ago this stuff is magic. It did the job the first time the same brand and it’s doing it again the second time this stuff hasn’t changed in over 11 years when I first got my braces on the stuff is amazing especially if you’re wearing traditional metal braces

Great for the first few days of aligner changes. Helps with the rubbing/chafing. Easy to use, sticks well.

Amazing! I had a wire poking my lip so hard I thought I was about to get a free lip piercing, I put a bit of this on and I’m magically cured. Very malleable, and easy to use. The precut lines are especially useful. The only downside is it comes off too easily

Quality product, as advertised and good price.

Product is OK but one of the six I purchased was empty upon opening it (NO PRODUCT). Not that expensive but still, I am annoyed that I paid for nothing!

The wax was delivered on time and was in really good shape. The wax sticks on the braces securely and doesn’t move.
