Can I order it with a 20mm threaded shaft length?

Modules come in different shaft lengths.

If the Hermle 2214 pendulum swings, and the hands are free to rotate, but the clock does not keep time, does the entire module need to be replaced?

If the module doesn't keep time the battery may be weak. Try replacing the battery. If that doesn't work the entire module will need to be replaced.

What is the max pendulum length
