Perfect size to bury in the yard of a house we were selling. It Worked!

This item did exactly what I had hoped - it helped me sell a house. Yes, you read that right. My sister-in-law told me that any time they have had to sell a house, they have buried a St Joseph statue beneath the For Sale sign. It sounded a little woo woo - but I did as she suggested and had a full price offer within weeks of purchasing this statue and burying it as instructed. This particular statue was the perfect size for the job! I wasn’t sure how long I would need to have it in the ground but the quality and durability held up! I’m now a believer!

Normally not a superstitious person....but was told I needed to buy a St Joseph statue before I tried to sell our house. On a whim I ordered one...listed the house with a Realtor and buried the statue upside down under the for sale sign as I had been told to do....6 days later our house was under contract! On the day we closed... dug the statue up and put him in a place of honor in our new home...where he will stay unless or until we have need of his services again!

I used this statue to help sell our house. I few weeks after it was buried we received an offer.

We buried this in the yard at the request of a home seller to help sell her house. The first one that we ordered, the head broke off while we were burying it. It’s not as sturdy as we expected. I don’t know what sort of impact beheading the statue in the yard had on the selling process. The second statue did not break while being buried and remains in the yard, along with the head of statue #1. We did not opt to dig either of them up when the house sold. The house was reasonably priced but took a long time to sell. It is unknown if the statue or head was the cause of the extensive delay. The new owners report that the house is haunted, but they seem amused by the ghostly happenings. It’s unclear if the statue or head are related to these occurrences. Best of luck to you.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am a Real estate agent. With the struggle with selling some of my listings, one sold quickly and unfortunately the other still has not sold. The product is nice and is as advertised.

I didn't read the instructions on the tin and bought this in the hope of purchasing (not selling) a house. Didn't work - I bought another one, LOL! Still, that's not St Joseph's fault - he really is a powerful saint!

If you believe, He will be the best realtor ever !!! We had our statue of St. Joseph at our past two homes we sold. One sold two weeks later the other took a few months, however, both homes came in with offers above asking. We ordered another statue for our home ,we plan on selling. Worked great gave it to a friend..house was on the market for three months. A week later they had so many people come to the open house they ended up getting two offers. I've also had family use him and swear by it. It's worth a try
