Tastes authentic
I used to buy a yellow aji sauce on my travels to Peru. I haven’t been in a long time and I was so happy to find this- it tastes just like the kind I’d buy in Peru. Definitely buying again. Spice is perfect for my liking. It’s also an affordable price for how much you get.

Fruity and spicy
I bought this for a Peruvian recipe. Well... I didn't like the Peruvian recipe but this yellow chili paste is the bomb! It is fruity and has a kick. I use it as a Peruvian fusion into my Asian recipes.

Arrived with cap not sealed, sauce leaking out
I was excited to try this sauce after eating Peruvian food, however the bottle just arrived with the cap already popped up and sauce leaked out into the bubble wrap. Going into the trash, sadly.

Delishous Sauce and Spicy!
This is DO DELICIOUS ICE eaten this while in Peru. Bought as soon as I returned to the states. Highly recommend If you are not a fan of spicy, then don't buy this. I love spicy and this is definitely spicy, but in a way that doesn't overwhelm. Just a joy for your taste buds

Pretty tasty stuff. Used it in a rice dish. Not spicy to me, but I have a high tolerance. Can't see what else I can apply it to.
