Did a 2 months course of this and i am surprised by the results to be honest. I did made some lean gains in this 2 month with minimal fat gain as compared to when i did not use this. Totally go for it if:-You're all endomorph and have hard time making lean gains. Keep surplus as 500 over maintenance-if you have hit a plateau in the gym

I believe in this. Will update after 2 months of regular usage and hard work.Update after 2 months: So this product definitely worked with my training style and nutrition. I've noticed my strength go up by huge amounts in all of the compound movements with a weight loss of 3kgs.

Been using it for more than 20 days now with proper diet. Didn't notice any difference. And didn't gain even a single pound of muscle. Total waste of money. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy this useless product.
