Easy to use

Only used it once so far, awesome fit, great for my thumb post surgery
Using this "football" similar to what I was using in therapy after a thumb surgery. This one is a bit bigger but the two finger loops for stabilizing the squeeze ball are a good fit for my hand. I used it for about 10 minutes and it's a great firmness for exercising my thumb and grip.I'll be sing it daily for a few months more. Up to a year.
