Couldn’t give zero stars. One star seems kind of high for something so simple. My first clue should have been capabilities seemed to good to be true. Despite having a five star rating, the description of working with iPhone X (at least XS Max) it does not work with mine. Box had six layers of product model ID labels. Seems like a scam to me in spite of miraculously having all five stars with the exception of a very few one star ratings. Nothing in between out of several hundred? Hmmm.

See I bought this product in hopes it would work with my iPhone X. I was looking for a splitter that would be able to allow my phone to listen to music as well as charge. It came in a undamaged box it was packaged nicely it seem very durable and of nice quality however when I went in my car to plug in my lightning port aux cord and my lightning port charger at the same time it would not allow my phone to either charge nor play music it would just cancel out both things and not work whatsoever. After reading some of the reviews I agree with I wish I could give it zero stars but you can’t. The worst part about it all is I went to go return the item and it’s not even eligible for returns. It’s almost as if they know the shits not gonna work and they don’t want to give you your money. So please, if you have an iPhone with lighting ports DO NOT BUY. WILL NOT WORK. NO RETURNS ALLOWED!

This was great until it suddenly died one day. Lasted three months, and then one port stopped working, and a few days later, the other port stopped working. I would trust the other reviews and just avoid this product.

Great product. Works fantastically. Sometimes I have to unplug it and plug it back in, but I think that's me doing something wrong. I'm good at that, lol.

With gentle use, it lasted one month.

Ordered two of these for my daughters to use on long car trips. One worked about a month and then stopped working. They will allow you to charge or listen, but not both. Contacted the seller with my order number and they said they couldn't find my order. Most vendors would send a replacement with no problems, not these folks. Beware!

Shorted out in just over 30 days. I suppose this would work longer if you don't move it around or use it at all... complete garbage for a person who routinely plugs and unplugs adapters

Comes disconnected very easily and phone will stop charging and music stops. The only way to make it all start working again is to disconnect from the phone and replug. Kind of a hassle.
