I was experiencing occasional pulsating spray then my 6 year old Ryobi started running at full RPM all the time, getting hot, never idling down. I removed and cleaned the unloader valve; didn't fix it. Then figured it was probably time for a new pump after 6 years & well over 100 hours of use. I always use pump saver after each use, but eventually pumps fail. The OEM Ryobi pump is almost as much as a new power washer making it worthwhile to try the Yamatic. Works great, fixed my power washer. But, you'll need to use washers to space the pump boss. The possible need to use washers is mentioned briefly in the instructions, but not with regards to any specific maker. There are also 3 nylon spacers included, but instructions don't say when to use them. I decided to use metal washers, it took 2 between the pump boss and power washer chassis. Some tips: check whether you'll need to space the pump by sliding it on first. If you do, stick the washers on top of the pump boss with a little grease, then install the key and pump. Much easier than fishing in spacers after the pump is keyed onto the shaft. I'd also advise tightening each bolt alternately making sure the pump can easily slide on the shaft after keyed. It would be easy to tweak the pump if you just crank down one bolt at a time. Overall, good value compatible replacement for Ryobi RY803001 if you use spacers. Seems well built.

My Homelite UT80432 power washer stopped working and became almpost impossible to start. The orignal pump was no longer making pressure and would lock the engine up. After watching a number of videos on how to replace the pump I decided to give this a try. The engine supplying the power is a Honda GCV 190. The pump arrived with everything necessary for the install. The mounting holes lined up perfectly and the pump fit the shaft perfecly. I recommend cleaning the shaft witha rag sprayed with WD40, or anything similar, then leave some on the shaft to ease the installation. The pump worked great and would recommend as a replacement.

Updating my review after returning and reordering, second on works great so far! - Never stops pumping. This pump bolted right in and has good pressure. Problem is it never stops pumping and goes into “neutral”. Meaning when not pulling the trigger it still pumps and kills pressure washer.

Worked great, fit was spot on. Only thing was the shaft key that came with it was to long. So I actually had to remove the entire pump to figure out why it wasn't going all the way up the shaft, that kinda sucked, lol. Glad I kept the old key I think all I really needed was a new unloader, but the entire pump assembly wasn't much more.

Great and cost effective replacement for the pump that failed on my RYOBI pressure washer. Factory original part (made in China) would have cost around $140 so this replacement (made in China) was a better choice especially for the price. Installation was a breeze and was a perfect fit. Absolutely no difference from what I could tell between the original factory pump and this replacement. It is great to have my pressure washer functional again at a fraction of the cost of buying a replacement pressure washer!!!

My old GVC190 water pressure washer still works but got the water intake spout broken due to movement. I purchased this YAMATIC product to replace it with. As other product reviewers had stated, the product works perfectly after I installed it with GVC-190 engine. The price is considerably reasonable. No oil leak has detected. The water intake and outward spouts have no leakage. Pressure is stronger than my old OEM water pump; perhaps it’s newer. Overall, I would recommend it to replace water pump on GVC-190 water pressure washer. Last but not least, I personally chose to reuse the old bolts because I don’t like working with Allen bolts.

Easy to install and it works well. Operators beware -IMPORTANT- Somewhere in your manual it states that you should not idle for longer that 1 minute without running water through the nozzle or the pump will overheat and fail!!
