Eight gold medals were won using the bar, consolidating and raising it as one of the most successful racing bike products of all time. Renthal designed the bar to be the perfect combination of lightness, strength and durability. The bar also offers the rider the widest choice, with four different riser options (rise) to suit every bike and driver. Renthal® bar® dumbbells are designed to drive faster, jump farther and last longer. OPTIMAL WEIGHT The new bar has a lower weight, starting at only 305g. This has been achieved by more efficient use of the material, removing any excess to reduce weight, while maintaining the strength, durability and flexibility characteristics of the original bar. DESIGNED FOR RUNING In addition to reducing weight, Renthal has also increased the width up to 800mm. The bar features a combination of 7° back sweep / 5th up sweep and is available in 10, 20, 30 and 40mm rides to suit any bike and riding style. All variants are available in 35 mm clamping diameter. HIGHLY DURABLE ALUMINUM The Renthal bar is made of exclusive aluminium series 7 high strength. The material and specific heat processes have been carefully selected to offer maximum performance in terms of strength and durability. ULTRA DURABLE The bar is subjected to high-speed peening with millions of steel balls. This process greatly increases the durability and durability of the handlebars over time. LATEST GENERATION ANODIZATION The bar features a special anodizing surface . This finish is far superior in abrasion resistance than standard anodizing.
