Will help your issue
I purchased this for my husband at doctor's recommendation to elevate scrotum due to swelling. After wearing for 24hrs, he had immediate relief and less swelling. After wearing for several days now, the snap on this item is not staying closed as when new. Otherwise, great product.

What a waste of money
Extremely small. Couldn't use. What a waste of money. So small couldn't even use on an infant. don't buy!

Check sizes. Even the XL needs a little more room.
Ordered the XL. The belt still needs a bit more material to avoid choking the parts. It's usable, but needs a little modification to fit properly. Still good.

Not up to the job.
I decided to try a variety of different scrotal slings, but found this one to be ineffective. While the size worked for me, the small metal fastener was unable to support the weight of my testicles. Not recommended for you if your private parts are heavier than a grapefruit.
