Good quality but small pieces to put together

My Granddaughter and I put this puzzle together as a gift for a penguin loving friend who absolutely loved it! Tip #1 - Do not punch out the pieces until you need them. Each one has a slightly different shape and a specific place to go. I had to move a few around and still had a couple out of place, but not noticeable to the untrained eye. That would also have made assembly easier. Tip #2 - Glue the smallest side bottom pieces. They won't stay in without it. Everything else is pretty sturdy when assembled.

I gifted it to my dad who at one time was station in Antarctica and would see the emperor Penguins. So even tjo it was a gift I did have to assemble it. It's a good puzzle but the wood pieces can break easily because they are thin.

My boyfriend loved this small gift I got him. He has it on his desk still. He told me it was fun to put together too!

I wanted to challenge my penguin loving kid with this puzzle. He loves it but the instructions weren't very clear. I had to go over them with him and show him that some of the steps weren't shown in the directions. Once it was together though, it's super cute.

This project is very cute, but unfortunately as my son was assembling it, one of the feet broke and he cannot complete the project. He loves penguins and was so excited to get this for Christmas. This is the second kit that had a part break for us. :-(

Easy to assemble. Good and sturdy. A really cool puzzle.
