Now I can leave the milk on high, and it won't overflow. Can finish boiling the milk faster

Very useful.
Milk boils over to the lid and stays on it. Doesn't spill.Only that it needs to be cleaned thoroughly as the fat from the milk gets stuck on and in between the flaps.
