At first, I thought I would need to buy live lobsters since the recipes I viewed said it was claw and knuckle meat that was used. However, I had 16 top-split rolls to fill and decided using whole lobsters would cost too much. The recipes said the average amount for each roll was half a pound. 8 ounces times 16 rolls equaled 128 ounces. I saw the offer in Amazon for 10 6-ounce tails so I decided to buy two of them for 20 tails or 120 ounces in all. The tails arrived as scheduled. I put half in the freezer and the other half in the refrigerator. I also thawed half of the rolls so I could put my first lobster roll together. The tails were much bigger than those I was used to. I divided the meat into eighths, added mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, and basil. The roll was so good with the tail meat very sweet and tender, but solid as lobster meat should be. I am very pleased with the quality, appearance, and flavor of the product and will order them again when the need arises.

This is my 2nd order in the past week. Got super fast next day shipping. These 10 Maine tails are the really sweet and better than rock or Florida or warm tails. We broil 10 minutes in oven with Land of Lakes Garlic and Herb Butter spread over tails. they always arrive Frozen but could use one more cup dry ice.

I ordered this on a whim. I was seriously in need of a decent lobster. These were bigger than you would get in a market. Thawed correctly they are as fresh as you can get! I accidentally clicked the wrong button on my cart and got 10 more! I am not unhappy with that! I am looking up new lobster recipes! Thaw them correctly and you can't go wrong. Great product and I will order them again, once I eat the ones I already have! A great product!

Better at Red Lobster

My second order of two packs was a bad mistake because the quality is very disappointing compared to my first order. The texture of the meats have turned coarse, dry and rubbery. You have a quality problem in your products. It tastes like they have pre-boiled them, and then freeze again. I would not buy from this vendor again.

The lobster tails arrived frozen. We broiled them for Christmas and they were delicious!

Sent lobster to daughter's for Christmas where she was doing a large family gathering. She said the lobsters made the event special. Said she would definitely purchase from this company again. Hearing how positive her experience was I will purchase again from this company!
