Ok so far works pretty good but seems it may have a flaw, when it was mounted with its magnetic base to my big rig it raised the static level up a bit as I was testing it I'm sure once I find permanent place the static should disappear. Its one rock solid antenna and I plan to buy a few more because of the fact it really is built so well. I have to find a "T" connector because I like to put all antennas in pairs on my big rig and so I will check with the seller tomorrow. I think anyone will be happy with these antennas as they look like cop car antennas too! A great way to spook out drug dealers! 😂

As advertised. Works as intended

This antenna is horrible. Horrible reception for my police and fire scanner. Doesn’t even pick up the Weather channel. The only good thing is the length of the cable. UPDATE: The antenna is working a lot better now. For me, I just had to turn the squelch down all the way. Works just fine now!

DID NOT WORK.. had better reception with stock antenna, Local weather station would not even come in, I tuned to the channel for the Weather channel, NOTHING at all, replaced the stock antenna, clear as day...returned this same day. DON'T waste your time or money. No other channels came in as well. checked all connections to make sure good and tight.

Seems to work ok picks up most of what I am used to getting with a bigger antenna placed on the roof of my truck And can get in my garage without have to take it off

Signal strength didn't improve notably for me. Was looking for low profile antenna for use while driving around city and on highways. The base has a sharp metal cup in which there is the magnet for the base. The sharp edge of the cup cuts through the felt bit and scratched my car's paint. Had to put a piece of paper between the magnet base and the car to keep it from scratching again. The magnet is kind of weak too.

The product has great range and compared to other products this one actually works and looks good

Weak signal reception compared to a longer 18” antennas it says good for frequencies between 140.000-180.000mhz but it does not seem to receive those unless they are close.
