I've loved this stuff since the 90s
Dave's is pretty much the perfect actually-hot sauce. It's high enough in heat that you do need to take it seriously, but not so major that you're in agony if you've accidentally dispensed a blop of it instead of a drop of it. It's the perfect temperature with which to educate teenagers that jalapenos are not spicy, and yes it's possible to get a flavor and not just heat out of a hot sauce.

Spiciest
Hottest hot sauce! Great in soups, ramen. Just a couple drops. We have ruined tacos when we are out of less spicy hot sauce. Highly recommend if you like spicy.

Ignite Your Taste Buds with a Fiery Adventure!
Dave's Gourmet Original Insanity Hot Sauce is a true testament to the saying, "No pain, no gain!" If you're a heat seeker like me, this sauce is an absolute must-try. Brace yourself for a flavor experience that's not for the faint of heart, but rewards those who dare with an explosion of fiery goodness. The first thing that struck me was the vibrant aroma of the sauce. You can practically smell the heat radiating from the bottle! The taste is equally impressive, with layers of complex flavors that manage to shine through the intense heat. It's not just about the burn; there's a depth to the sauce that sets it apart from other hot sauces I've tried. Now, let's talk about that heat level. The name "Insanity" is no joke. This sauce brings the heat in a big way, delivering a powerful kick that lingers on your taste buds. It's the kind of heat that demands respect and caution, but it's also incredibly addictive. A little goes a long way, so use it sparingly if you're not accustomed to intense heat. I've used Dave's Gourmet Original Insanity Hot Sauce in a variety of dishes – from drizzling it over tacos and burritos to mixing it into marinades for an extra kick. It adds a whole new dimension of flavor to my meals, turning even the simplest dishes into exciting culinary adventures. One word of caution: this sauce isn't for everyone. If you're not a fan of extreme heat, you might find it overwhelming. But for those of us who revel in the thrill of spicy sensations, this hot sauce is a must-have in our culinary arsenal. In summary, Dave's Gourmet Original Insanity Hot Sauce lives up to its name and then some. It's a bold, daring flavor experience that's not afraid to challenge your taste buds. If you're ready to embark on a fiery adventure that will leave you craving more, don't hesitate to grab a bottle of this incredible hot sauce. Just remember to keep a glass of milk nearby – you might need it! 🔥🌶️🔥

My heartless wife videotaped me on her iPhone
“Atomic!” Promised my newly purchased bottle of hot sauce. “Explosively Hot!” “Radioactive!” I barely flinched. Sure, this stuff was no Cholula, but I was expecting the full Chernobyl experience. I was prepared for my stomach to be glowing in a vibrant green hue as promised on the packaging. After penning a letter of complaint to the makers of this ‘hot’ sauce and attaching a photograph of my regular boring pink stomach area as proof of their false advertising, I turned to Amazon in the search for something that lived up to its billing. After a few clicks I found a link to Dave’s Ultimate Insanity Sauce. Let me back up a second to give some perspective here. My wife tried the aforementioned ‘Atomic’ sauce and turned bright red. My four year old ran to the bathroom in tears, and my six month old son wouldn’t stop crying for hours after I mixed it with his milk. Supposedly I have a high tolerance for heat. Anyhow, upon receiving my new Insanity sauce I poured out a teaspoon for myself in order to determine the right level to give my young children, ensuring I did not cross the line from character building to all out abuse. Big mistake. This stuff lives up to its billing. It’s hot, it’s insane. It’s not just mouth hot, it’s entire body consuming. Every appendage was tingling, my toes were sweating, my heartless wife laughed and took a video on her iphone. This stuff is the real deal. Take it from a real hot sauce lover. I do use this stuff as a dip for things like pizza, but we are talking a tiny dip for big flavor. Is great mixed into chili and other sauce-based food. It actually has great, smoky flavor that adds to a dish. Great stuff.

Great smoky heat
Add a couple of drops to pretty much any dish and you won't be disappointed if you like the smoky heat!

Youre gonna need menthol toilet paper.
The cute little warning is no joke. This strangulatingly spicy sauce recipe is several decades old and more or less pre-dates the modern chilihead craze as we know it today. Contests, myths of magical peppers from India, The Hot Ones show, Da Bomb sauce; this basically caused all that. Its not known for flavor as the heat eclipse most flavor profile... but as someone with a huge spice tolerance i can push through and say it tastes like a lacto-fermented mash puree.. however is relatively flat. No vineger or sugarry tastes. Its all hot. The "mash" smell will really climb up your sinuses however. You know, it just hangs on and sizzles. This was considered high quality once but other gimmicky sauces have their own merit too so... Lasts for EVER cause.. if you know whats good for you and your health youll use it one drop at a time. Even a capfull in your chili bowl can render the dish inedible if youre not a heavyweight. A friend accidentally found/got into it in the company work fridge once. A tablespoon of this Daves sent him screaming at the top of his lungs "im on FIRE!!!" Dashing for the garden hose. Its still a great gag gift and for those who wish to cut it way down for their recipes. So delicious youll enjoy it twice if you catch my drift.
