Not for me, took an online test after and it didn’t recommend a chin strap for my snoring. Couldn’t get to sleep while wearing it, found it slipped off (bearded man), woke up to it round my neck. Tried a spray after this which works a lot more, keeps my throat moist and is meant to tighten the muscles to reduce snoring. Advice - take the what type of snorer test online first.

This was a total waste of money. It did nothing to reduce my snoring, and to make it worse it was like trying to sleep with a pair of pants on my head. Before wasting money on these I suggest that you try sleeping with pants on your own head. You'll get the same effect as well as having a laugh in the process.

The product I got is not the same as the image shown. It is just a simple band with two hole cutouts for the ears. Dissappointed. When opening the product, there is terribly strong chemical smell. Washed it straight away, still smells a little. I would not recommend this product.

Wife says it's working. But sometimes I take it off. Snoring is reduced.

After reading several conflicting reviews I gave this a go before my wife left or killed me.The strap is not very comfortable to wear but I persisted and wore it anyway.No difference.For information that may help others; I now sleep on three pillows so virtually sitting up and this works to reduce the snoring to a acceptable level.

Bought for wife "too fiddly" with little efficacy.

I've been wearing it for three weeks now and it has stopped my snoring. It is comfortable to sleep in if correctly adjusted (not too tight). I agree with the comments about the dye ruining pillow slips so you need to wash it.

Comfortable and seems to work. Great nights sleep.
