Definitely effective, easy pills to swallow, and only need 3 capsules I believe. But I’ve definitely used other brands that were more effective. However for the price, it’s a great value buy

These are giant horse pills that will make you gag, but they get the job done!! If you can stand to swallow 4 a day, they will definitely improve your workouts.They are slightly larger than a fish oil pill, but not as big as a flaxseed oil pill.

These are huge pills! I don't have anything good to say, but I don't have anything bad to say. It doesn't seem to do any harm, but it also doesn't seem to do any good. it just... is. I tried it for about a month and didn't feel any different from any other supplements I have taken. So it's not great, but it's also not bad. It just is.
