Dual timeline
I always look out for a dual timeline story. They are one of my favorite. This one was a little more light hearted than my usual but that wasn't a bad thing. Two characters that really don't agree with eachother at first come together in a really successful romance novel.I'd like to look up more from thus author as I think the style could fit into my reading "wants at the time" listing's 😃

A great addition to the Cornish Secrets Series
Having read the previous 4 books in this series, I was delighted that there was a 5 & it didn't disappoint. I love Kirstys writing & how the ghostly images of yesteryear appear & how the storylines intertwine. I love the snippets of characters from previous books making an appearance. Great characters & hoping this isn't the end of our visit to Pencradoc. Well worth a read as a stand alone or a follow-up.

Wonderful
So lovely to read the latest installment in the Cornish secrets series. As always Kirsty ferry draws you in and you get so invested in all the characters. My only wish would be that it was longer. Hope it's not too long before the next one

Easy read
This is totally unlike my usual read (crime/thrillers) but it was enjoyable and light hearted. It reminded me of Georgette Heyer crossed with Mills &Boon (my reading of long ago) It was slightly predictable, the couple who loath each other coming together eventually. The swing between 1911 and present day with elements of the thoughts, feelings and dress of that day gave an interesting twist. If you're looking for a light hearted read this I'd worth picking up.

sweet and funny
Another beauty to add to the lovely collection. I really hope there’s more books to add, there’s so many more characters in the family to tell their stories :) I will keep everything crossed for that

timetable matchmaking
Interesting reading how opposites sometimes workout in relationships. Thrown together by ghosts of the past. Each book in series takes on another from past family's and matchmakes

Clever and nicely done
A very cleverly written romance and nicely done. I liked the split timelines, and happy ending
