1 pill! YES, 1 pill!! I don't even know where to start. I've been taking creating for probably 15 years or so. I've tried a lot of products. Every single one of them has been a hassle somehow. It's either powder you have to mix, that hits you too fast and gives you the jitters and anxiety, ones that you have to take 2 pills multiple times per day, or other ones that are huge pills that dissolve in your gut (or maybe don't fully). This product has none of these issues. Oh, and did I mention that it's only 1 pill! It's almost too good to be true. I was on creatine mono before though and switched. I haven't felt any difference since switching, aside from less bloating. That's a plus, feeling the same, as expected. I've come off creatine before, so I know the difference in how I feel.

Switching to this type since all women really need this. I was using the mono powdered one and it wouldn’t dissolve in water. So who knows if I was even getting very much. This type crosses the blood brain barrier where the other type doesn’t according to my doctor. You need less of this type vs. the mono one. Plus I travel a lot and this is much easier than a baggie full of white powder at TSA…. LOL. This is great for everyone. But if you’ve a woman over 40, watch Chalene Johnson’s interview with a physician. That’s why I switched. Plus the powder would need up in my last sip of water when I finished my water bottle. Not pleasant.

Creatine, a staple in any athlete or bodybuilder’s supplement stack. If you’re looking to gain muscle, or improve you lifts, you should be taking it.There are some lofty claims about creatine HCl, but what is good is that these are convenient to take, these do not cause any gastrointestinal distress, and they are creatine. What I cannot tell is whether they are more effective (at least to 7X) than monohydrate. I typically take about 7g of creatine monohydrate, so currently I am taking between 3-4.5g of this, or in other words, 4-6 capsules to be within a reasonable margin of what I typically consume. Considering that I am not going through any more water than I usually do, nor am I feeling dehydrated, I feel that the comparable ratio in reality is probably closer to 1:1. Or at least that's how I am going to treat it. That means, I will probably go through these considerably more quickly than the servings suggest, which is something to take into consideration if you are considering making it a replacement for your standard creatine intake.What’s good is that these are made in the USA, they seem clean, easy to consume, and are extremely convenient when you are not able to mix the powder form. Either way, you are getting what appears to be quality creatine, and you are getting convenience. It may be hard to justify these over the monohydrate for everyday use, but they can definitely come in clutch when you simply do not have time to premix, or mix powder while on the move.

I prefer this new Creatine HCL delivery system as opposed to the traditional creatine monohydrate product.

I've been taking this for about a month now, and I'm a big fan. The monohydrate version of creatine was always such a pain to get the adequate doseage, and I felt like I had to pee all the time on that stuff. I'm not seeing the "muscle swell" that monohydrate gives, but the gains that I am getting feel a lot tighter and less like a water balloon. No stomach upset, and less trips to the bathroom make this a winner in my book.

~ Taking just one, or up to 3 per day - I don't like regular monohydrate in powder form.
