This product has brought a tired dull slate floor back to life. Found that best to apply with a brush though as by roller left "bobbles" on the surface of the floor.

Not easy to apply though and the fumes from application are ...
Works well and hopefully will protect for years . Not easy to apply though and the fumes from application are very strong - you definitely must wear protective goggles and make sure area to be treated is very well ventilated. Needs several coats for a gloss finish

Leaves a very glossy finish, the smell is pretty bad though.

I used this in the bathroom two coats on the floor tiles left a nice semi gloss finish and keeps the grout from getting dirty
