I am very satisfied with this Zippo. The picture may be a tad lighter (no pun intended) than I expected, but it is worth the price. If it eventually fades, no biggie, it's still a Zippo and I'll buy another one. Already decided to get another one, they're just fun and make GREAT personal gifts and I'm not even a smoker!

I was initially skeptical about how well the picture would turn out on the lighter. However, upon receiving my customized photo, I was truly blown away. The image on the lighter appeared to be seamlessly integrated into the material, giving it a high-quality look rather than a cheap print. I found myself continuously taking it out of the box, admiring it, and then putting it back. It was exceptionally well done! I will definitely purchase again—it's a fantastic gift idea!

At first i was thinking some of the reviews was a bit scary but...no i just got to say some people lack the brain power to know you cant really be shipping certain things with lighter fluid in it unless they use a specific shipping style,so it dont come with lighter fluid inside youll have to buy it separately and so far the picture is like a granite like style its lovely and no pealing whatsoever i bring it everywhere i go and i absolutely adore this thing

The advertisement says any photography. Mine was a professional picture by a hired photographer and it’s still grainy & blurry. When I uploaded to the system it appeared perfectly clear. Then when I tried to return it, hatshark gave me a ton of runaround asking for higher resolution picture, etc. In order to get a refund, you have to ship it back at your own cost. Poor quality product and terrible customer service. Sellers like this are one of the many reasons I’m going to be ditching my prime membership.

It comes to you perfect clear centered photo nothing not to like until you put it in and out of your pocket a couple of times and the photo starts to wear off, then you just have a Zippo.

The quality of the picture is great. It centered just right. My mom passed in 07 so having this turn out great makes me soooo happy! It lit on the first strike, lighter works as expected!

When I 1st received this is zippo with a cudtom picture of my girlfriend and I, it looked amazing. The picture came out perfectly. As you can see from my current photo, the picture is no longer there. It seems like the picture became brittle and started to flake off. It only lasted like 2 months. It's sad really. My girlfriend loved it so much. Now I need to find somewhere I can get the same photo... that size (zippo size) so I can "fix" her zippo for her.It seems like 3 stars would be too much. But, she was truly in love with it. It was a good product (with picture) maybe we got a defective, old, stale brittle sticker. We will never know.
