Great product

Able to take the handset outside and still get clear reception. Nice phone.
I moved from a busy office area to a Home Office and had the same phone numbers transferred . It was amazing to see everything come together. The phones worked great once we got everything hooked up. I highly recommend this product. I would buy it again.

Great phones!
We bought this phone system for one of our stores, because it's hard to find decent 2-line phone. After hooking up the phones, we couldn't be happier. Good looking phones at a reasonable price that has made the staff very happy with the change.

don't be duped by the reviews
This phone is terrible. You'd think you would be getting a decent phone for all that money. In fact, it lacks the most basic features, such as "quiet mode," for example. I am returning it.Also, their customer support is never available. I tried calling their various 1-800 numbers at least 6x -- in the morning, mid-morning, mid-day, early and late afternoon. The message always said that they were closed.But I admit -- I did not call them in the middle of the night to see if perhaps they were open then!

Not a Great 2 Line Phone
This phone was purchased for a small 2-phonelined medical clinic. We tried the phone for a little less than 1 month. We liked the ring tones and the easy to find hold button. However, we ended up returning the phone. This phone has two separate buttons for answering a phone call. If a call is coming in on Line 1, Line 1 button MUST be pressed. If a call is coming in on Line 2, Line 2 button MUST be pressed. Our old phones automatically picked up a call on the available line, so there was no need to be extra observant before answering or making a call. We constantly picked up a phone line that was already in use on accident. This caused a lot of confusion. If you aren’t already used to something else this phone might work for you, but after using a different answering system for over 10 years this phone wasn’t for us.
