Recipe suggestion: Green Thai Curry Serves 2 4 tablespoons Blue Dragon Green Curry Paste, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 400ml Blue Dragon Coconut Milk (as described above), 2 thinly sliced chicken s, 1 red pepper - deseeded and thinly sliced. Method: 1. Fry the Paste in a pan with the oil for 2 minutes. 2. Add the Coconut Milk and mix with the Paste. 3. Once the milk is hot, add the chicken and red pepper. Cook until tender. Cooking tip: Try adding other vegetables such as green beans. The product may turn to liquid under warm conditions but this will not affect its quality or performance.
