I don't know what people expect from an envelope?! Open the box up and run a quick inspection, send the darn thing back if you see slightest problem. Otherwise, keep them and use them! My experience has been great! They are clean-looking, nicely made, work with QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting softwares and, last but not least, sold at a great and reasonable price! My only "complain" is I didn't get the free letter opener that they promised which, is not a big deal! Maybe they'll send it separately, ay?! Overall, good product, Thanks!

Bought these envelopes for long-term use. They still work well.

For our church, we use 8 1/2 x 11" printed checks. These envelopes fit better than the ones we used to get at Staples. The security liner print is effective at keeping the contents confidential. The measurements on the pictures in the product information are accurate and helped us a lot with ordering these envelopes. They were much more economical and are a better fit for our needs. We are well pleased with this purchase. Thanks, Amazon!

Company reached out to me after I wrote this review. They said they have not had issues with this before and they wanted to make it right. Here is my original 2 star review: Adhesive stays on strip you peel off. Super annoying and cheap. Will spend the extra money next time and buy the better ones.

I’ve reordered this several times. It fits my quick books checks perfectly with the address showing through the window nicely. These envelopes are a little shorter than standard size so if you’re putting in a piece of paper it won’t fit if you fold it in thirds. That’s not a big deal to me.

The normal Quickbooks-compatible self-seal 500pack envelopes I normally buy from amazon (ASIN B002TXLQWC) were out of stock, so bought these. They were maybe $4 or $5 cheaper . But the lower price shows. These envelopes are VERY thin. They're made in China, not sure about the other envelopes from Compuchex I normally buy. They are so thin and flimsy, I probably will not buy these again, due to the important document (a business check!) that it carries.

Good quality -- not top of the line paper, but is sturdy and not see-through. It fits my ledger checks that have my business address printed in the upper left and the client address aligned directly below it. I was worried that the somewhat indented address window would not align with the client address, but it does just fine. Self adhesive works great as well. I will buy again.
