Cheap Rubbish
This isn't a good product. The box itself is Ok(ish). Slow. Struggles far more than the 5 year old box that I bought to replace.The big problem is the remote. Some of the buttons stopped working consistently after a few weeks and some now rarely work. This is less than 2 months old. Will replace with something worthwhile.

Remote control does not work
The Box works fine after we plugged a mouse into the usb socket, but the remote control does not work even after change of batteries and all the other suggested internet solutions

What you expect
Pretty good as a budget box. Streams well for YouTube, netflix etc. Would buy again for the price.

Tiny/shocking
Slower than a 1980s computer, Google search is shocking, no TV Freeview, way to small and tiny so the display was a waste of time you,d have to get up and go right up close to see it, one point waiting 5 minutes for an app to load..
