Description

This Grey 3mm PLA 3D printing filament is manufactured to a very high standard. With a crisp look and a straight off the spool print. Please note that working with PLA can be different to ABS, however this is very much dependent on your printer type, speed of extrusion, type of build plate and if your current plate is covered (glass is pretty much a no-no with our PLA filaments, but you can use Blue Painters Tape 3M 2090 on cold bed, or warm bed with Kapton Tape), colour pigmentation can also affect the print. You may also have to slow the speed of the first layer down to get a good strong hold, once again though this is down to the make and model of your 3D printer. Our PLA filament does has a very high tolerance and a rich colour when pigmented, which runs right through the whole 1kg filament. There is approximately 113 Metres of high quality Grey PLA filament on this 1 kg spool. For use on today's 3D desktop printers such as the MakerBot range, Prusa i3, Reprap mendal, Robo 3D, Up! Plus many other models. The filament spool is delivered to you in a sealed bag with a sachet of silica gel and a spare resealable clear poly bag for keeping your spool of filament dry and free from excessive moisture when not in use.
