Very sturdy straps
The straps can easily handle a 40lb dumbbell on each foot. The buckle tends to work loose when I am using 20lb plus. They were kind enough at my request to send a video of it being strapped up close. I am doing it correctly but it still tends to work loose with larger weights. Not a big deal and I'll probably add a couple small Velcro snaps to help it stay snug as it's a minor issue.By far the best ankle/foot weight straps I've ever had. None of the others I've tried could hold the weight this does and it's comfortable too!I primarily do leg curls and leg extensions with these just in case others are looking for an easy way to add those to your home gym free weight arsenal.

Doesn’t Work
They can’t even support the weight of a 5-pound dumbell without the straps unbuckling on their own. Don’t buy these. They are loose and cheap, you won’t get a good workout with these, just get the actual monkey feet by animal house fitness

The strap on the product is longer then what is pictured so it doesn't work at all.
