Excellent customer service
I dont usually post reviews. However you must given credit, where credit is due.After looking for a while for a set of plain black of containers to store tea coffee sugar in . I came across these. The delivery was on time and everything about it fit the bill, however, the writing on the sugar tin was smudged and so i contacted the buyer straight away, who within 24 hours replied back with their sincere apologies offering me a few options to help with the return or a refund. I accepted a replacement and within the week the sugar container was delieverd ( not faulty this time ) and they didn't want the the original returning, which saved me a faff of boxing it up and postimg it back to them . They were extremely apologetic and helpful and communication was spot on. I would recommend this product because they are a good product and they have great customer services. đ
