This is a wonderful collection of cards, particularly if you are a cook.

Joyful nostalgia. Love this collection of vintage cookery book covers on postcards. These have proven a huge hit with family and friends when keeping in touch during lockdown. Opening a door into childhood, I can almost detect the nutty scent of the national loaf drifting through the household. It might have been heavy but it tasted good.On the other hand, any tips for "good food from tinned food" would be gratefully received - answers on a postcard, please. If only I could cook...Not only nostalgic but extremely chic too - this postcard collection has a great mid-century vibe, featuring designers such as Edward Bawden. Does book design get any better than this? Probably not.I hope Penguin reissue this collection, I bought it second hand - it arrived promptly and in like-new condition - great service. Thank you.

These are very cute little notecards featuring old fashioned recipe book covers. Some really unusual postcards for cuisines from all over the world. Ideal as a notecard for a friend or loved one or even framed as kitchen decor. Highly recommend.

Slightly disappointed with these cards, many of which are very dull. All are of very old books and the backs are printed on half being blank and half with address lines, in a landscape format, annoying when the picture on the front is portrait format. Good thick quality card though.

Regular sized postcards on a high quality card stock. Colours are vintage (so, subdued rather than high gloss). A good range of images ranging from Mrs Beeton and Elisabeth David to How to Please your Husband and Cooking for Men (with a spirited picture of a carrot being sliced).

Beautiful set, great print quality, make me smile every time I look through I see something different. Great for typography or graphic design lovers. Or just anyone who enjoys the social history of food.

Good selection of high quality postcards. We used them as a DIY splashback for our kitchen counter by glueing them to the wall tiles and then fixing plastic perspex in front to keep them dry.

A really great gift for any cooking lovers. Just a note: I sent this to my best friend who lives abroad and it was a lot heavier than I thought, so keep that in mind!
