Look and price can be decieving!
Mechanically fits 99 Toyota Camry but it incompatible with the steering system. The process of centering this power steering rack to the 3 turns, back 1 full turn, and a 1/2 it takes to center the steering wheel on the Toyota Camry is is way off. It only allows for 2 complete turns on the rack and pinion. Don't buy it for a 1997-2001 Camry. Incompatible! It drives dangerous especially in the rain. I've only installed it for a month or so. I should have went with a rebuilt one. Way cheaper. I have to replace it with another one.11/1/2019After installing in August this item caused me to damage two new tires. This part works incorrectly even with an alignment. The specs are totally different for 99 toyota camry. Major inner tire wear! Be careful.

Caution Danger, Danger, Danger.....
I bought this part on November 5, 2021, put on a couple of weeks later. had it aligned drove for 1 month the tie rod broke off at before the inner joint had to tow play to get fixed set me back 300.00, today june 6 2022 turn the corner and the passenger side tie rod snapped in the same spot, minutes before I was on interstate I=55 doing 65 the terrible metal in these could have cost me my life under all circumstances never buy this part.
