Q: What age is this suitable from?

B12 is water soluble and therefore is hard to have too much. I give it to my 15 year old and it is perfectly safe.

Q: I have purchased this item before & i wasn’t charged for postage, why am i being charged now? it makes this purchase too expensive which i cannot affo

Only cynocobalamin is synthetic, methycobalamin is a natural form of B12. It will have been derived from bacteria and not directly from a food source as they would most definitely be putting that on the label . Hope this helps
