Fantastic Web Based SIP Phone - 5 Stars
A fantastic and easy to use web based SIP phone. I was previously using Cisco phones before Grandstream and I have no intention of going back! I will be using Grandstream from now on.Setup was extremely simple, I had my phone setup in less than five minutes. The phone also comes with eight programmable keys allowing you to implement call parking, speed dial and busy lamp fields which is very handy. This phone supports POE (Power over Ethernet) which is very handy and whenever I need to reboot the phone, it loads very quickly. The quality from the handset is fantastic however, if you're looking for a good headset (meaning you no longer have to rest the handset between your chin and shoulder!), I'd recommend the BeeBang Corded RJ9 Telephone Headset the quality of audio from the microphone and earphone is excellent and it's comfortable to wear over a long period of time.I'm so glad I've found the Grandstream, I look forward to purchasing more from you in the future.

Brilliant phone. Exactly what I needed
Brilliant phone. Exactly what I needed. You obviously need to have a VoIP provider (I used soho66 - seemed pretty competitive, and comprehensive) as this is an IP phone, not one to plug into a landline.Easy enough to configure as you use a web interface from your browser to the phone. My provider had a full guide on what to enter into this interface and where.Decent ergonomic handset with a good weight.

Good, until it isn't
Works very well, as expected. Until it loses connection to the router. It does this randomly and the only way to find out is to try and make a call, which fails. Reboot and all is fine, until next time.No warning, display looks fine, get a dial tone (which only indicated power is on, not it has a network connection). Not happy.Very disappointed.

Great price for a descent product.
Arrived promptly. Set up within a couple of minutes. Literally less than 5 minutes. Ready to make and receive calls. Great price.

Difficult to set up, but quite good when it works
There are some good things about this VOIP phone, it works well with my SIP service, although it was not easy to set up.The stand is not obvious as to how to fit it, the manual does not show how. I had to search online and eventually figured it out.

Overly complicated setup
The most complicated set up imaginable. If you're a small business just get a normal landline phone. This was ridiculous and have returned
