I almost stopped playing my sax because of the pain that i get from my neck straps. The alto isnt too bad...but the tenor is so unbearable after only short periods of playing.Id had enough of the pain and decided to get one of these harnesses, as cheap so not a huge hit/loss if it wasnt any good.However...to my supprise and joy... i really enjoyed playing my tenor as it seemed considerably lighter, as the weight was going through my shoulders and back instead.I know its only early days, but im so glad i purchased it, now i can get alot more practice time.Im 6ft tall and 130kgs. The harness is a large...but when fully extending straps, it fits me really well and is very comfortable indeed.I can highly recommend adding one of these to your kit.

I bought this harness because I suffer from Spondylosis of the neck and can get dizzy as well, when playing my sax with an ordinary neck strap. This harness is excellent in the way it takes the load off and the pressure. It can be adjusted to suit either a tenor or an alto. The only downside, is it gets a bit tangled up and it is extremely hard to untangle it. It doesn’t stop it still being able to be used though, just a bit annoying. Would recommend.

Nice item transferring the weight of the saxophone (particularly baritone) from the neck to the body. The adjustment straps that allow for positioning of the mouthpiece towards the mouth do tend to slip when in use that requires readjustment from time to time. It is a pity that the strap and buckle do not grip better.

Must check size, as comes up smallish, we exchanged for a larger size. Comfortable, but takes a bit of time to fathom out how to get it on. When you have done it, it’s easy.

This type is a perfect idea for saxophone support. But the quality is so bad. Very hard to fit and keep a good position.

This is incredible. Genuinely amazed at the quality, comfort and adjustability. I would highly recommend and you will not be disappointed. The size I purchased fits perfectly with simple adjustments that you only need to do once. I can practice now without a sore neck.

I ordered a large size and it is still far too small. I can hardly get it on my shoulders and the fastening strap is about 6 inches too short. I’m a medium size male.It’s a shame because this harness seemed like a great idea.
