Premium Turmeric Curcumin Plus Supplement (with 20mg BioPerine, Black Pepper Extract) 500mg, 90 Vegetarian Capsules, 95% Curcuminoids Supplement

I bought this to compliment my Prozac as I have anxiety and had read that Tumeric can help. I also have neck issues and thought it would be a bonus for inflammation. While taking it, I have to be honest, I didn't notice much of a difference. Or so I thought. As I was running out, I decided not to buy it again. A week later, I noticed I was getting a stiff neck and headaches at the base of my skull way more often. I also noticed I was feeling a bit more anxious than normal... then it clicked! It all slowly came on once I stopped this supplement. I quickly ordered more and took my second dose today and honestly notice a difference for both issues already. I didn't consciously realize it was working the first time, but now I know it does!

Ingredients are not as described. I thought I finally found the perfect curcumin supplement with the correct recommended dosage (500mg per 20mg piperine per pill). However, that’s INCORRECT. Here it shows that there is 20mg of piperine, but when it arrived the label states each pill only has 5mg. Even after taking 3 pills a day, I wouldn’t get the proper amount of piperine (which is the active ingredient that helps your body absorb curcumin correctly). I returned same day.

Turmeric is an anti inflammatory and was recommended by a chiropractor. I went with this as the loading wasn't very high. Took the bottle and noted when it was gone that I was getting some pain relief. Have gone to a higher concentration product with better results. I'm over 200Lbs. If you are a smaller individual this may work well for you. It worked for me but maybe not as economically as I'd like.

I am leading into my late 40's and starting to feel it. I've tried some different supplements (ginko b I'm looking at you!) and although I have had physical improvements feel like I haven't really gotten any mental benefit from them. Both my husband and I started taking Doctor's Best Tumeric (supposed to help brain function, heart health and stress) and felt it was beneficial to us. When I saw this listing, I thought a higher quality of tumeric might give us added benefits and decided it was worth a try.This supplement contains 500mg of turmeric per capsule, the same as the Doctor's Best. The capsules are easy to swallow and similar in size to the magnesium supplement I take. It has a pleasant smell but no taste or aftertaste and I experienced no stomach upset. The color of the turmeric is more golden and less orange than the Doctor's Best. Price wise, this is more expensive (DB is currently .33 a pill while this is .39)I am not certain that I have gained any mental function, but I can say that I seem to be calmer and more relaxed in general, which has helped my sleeping . . . which should result in increased mental function eventually . . . so it's sort of a chicken and the egg type of thing. But I will take it. My husband does feel like he is quicker on his feet than he was, and has said he will continue to take the supplement.

I guess the capsules were not sealed well, so there was a bit of turmeric in the bottle & it got onto my hands. Ruined a few pieces of clothing before I realized what the deal was. Have since bought a different brand & have had no issues with turmeric residue.

Took a couple weeks of a couple tablets daily but has really helped my fatigue, headaches and anxiety, I feel like I can think straight and clearly again for the first time in years. Curcumin is a natural anti-inflammatory agent, and alas, has decreased the chronic inflammation that brings on those symptoms. Not joking, such a powerful, life changing supplement.

This brand was recommended to me and did not disappoint. I use this for arthritis, and I can definitely tell the difference when I've missed a few days. I will continue to purchase this brand. Excellent price as well.

In the photos the label states 20mg BioPerine per capsule. On our bottle, however, the amount is 5mg. There is also a sticker underneath the chart stating 20mg BioPerine. We're pretty confused and have no way of reaching out to the seller or the maker of this supplement. Seems dishonest and shady to me.
