Nice unit
Lots of features, no remote, but everything else you’d want. Menus are not the easiest to navigate, but I’ve learned to accept that as a Kenwood thing. Always happy with the ability to shape the sound, so I’ll take the trade off. May buy another for another car.

No customer service!!
I have bought 2 of these hoping to get the missing part. Even contacted Kenwood and they are supposed to be sending the part. No part! Now I have one I can no longer return!I’ll never buy another Kenwood item!

What are you looking for?
This is a great price , packed with the features, the quality of years of being an industry leader, I'm 58 and I like quality sound first ( also old man had no problem navigating the menu) easy set up. Yes you can buy bigger more bells and wild stuff to talk about, but the sound is great, if that's what you want. You bet I know sound ,and would buy this again.
