This is really good generator and with th digital outputs it is real useful. The fact it is duel fuel is truly useful. It takes a full gallon of fuel which of course adds to its weight but if you are using the gas supply and it runs out this facility allows you to keep running the generator while you swap out the gas bottle.The one thing I would like to have is a place to store the various tools and cables and pipes when they are not in use with perhaps a hinged side panel and a replacement spark plug included.The weight of the gas bottle may put some people of using it and the connector for the gas bottle require a spanner to connect it where by if they could have a connector like you use for the BBQ it would be better and if there could be a trolly for the gas bottle to be pulled along behind it it might be better.

Used it for the first time drilling holes in thick timber, coped very well. It will be a great addition to my toolbox.

So I got this to replace my previous gen which was only 1500w but lasted many years and I wanted more power so I can use mainly an Air fryer, I work away in remote locations in a converted van so during winter power is a must and this gen started after 2 pulls right out the box! I have been running it so far for about a week each day for around 16hrs average and it hasn't skipped a beat, starts on one pull and doesn't even flinch when I use my Air fryer, fuel economy is less than my previous gen but seems to be right on what it says about runtimes especially when on eco mode, but now to the pros/cons:PROS1. the supplied tools for servicing are very useful such as the oil tube that screws in, simple but extremely useful for filling and removing oil!2. very easy access to parts needed for servicing (minus the plug)3. not too heavy, roughly the same as my previous Gen that was half the power.CONS1. This Gen desperately needs a fuel meter as when you are filling with a jerry can its hard to see and before you know it the fuel is right at the top..2. The opening for servicing the spark plug needs to be bigger, I saw in a video they said it was small and had to cut a piece of the plastic away and I will probably have to do the same as you cannot fit a hand in to disconnect it.Overall its doing exactly what it is meant too and I only hope I can say the same in a year.

Purchased in Oct 23.It was great, maybe not the quietest generator but was fine.I was using it at weekends, 8 to 10 hours at a time, and possibly twice a month at most, usually 2 days. Very light loading powering our camper van EHU and LED lights.Fast forward to April 25, still within the 2 year warranty period, and it just stopped working...Full of fuel, new plug, it would not restartSent emails to maxpeedings customer service...Went through a diagnostic, was told to take apart and check all fuel lines, all plugs off the board checked, then was asked to send videos of the starting procedure.....Finally I was offered a new unit, if I paid £250....!!!!! And I could keep the old one....Not my definition of a 2 year warranty.After complaining to Amazon, they've offered me a full refund against the seller....

What a great generator this is. Very happy I can power my caravan iff needed, I can also use a vacuum cleaner at storage and power pretty much everything I need with it. Happy days.
