Went hard overnight
This product went hard overnight. Spoke with customer services they state I should have covered in water and it said this on the pack. It did not say this on my pack.The company apologised for the inconvenience but I’m left with a rock rather than some grout

Rock solid like a brick
Product was rock solid like a brick when opened room ages to break up - that was not easy. Once it was sand it was fine. But shouldn’t have had to spend over an hour braking it up!
