I bought a powaKaddy trolley and bag 4 years ago. The bag is excellent, but a few weeks ago the trolley blew over and the spine of the trolley snapped. I asked PowaKaddy to repair it (other trolleys should and usually do last for about 10 years minimum ... and I and my friends have never known a trolley break before. However, PowaKaddy refused to even contemplate any sort of repair, or compensation. They only give a 2 year guarantee, which does not show any faith in their own product. When I wrote to their Managing Director, to complain, he could not even bother to reply to my emails. The suppliers to my golf club have apparently also ceased using Powacaddy because of similar issues. My golf club do not use them any moreI would never buy another one. I give them 2 stars as the bags and batteries are good
