Had a bit of a hiccup when first delivered. The graphics card seem to pop out during transit. Simple clipped it back in. Have had no trouble play game. The tech support is also very helpful.

I bought this as a gift for my partner who had an Alienware computer that was over a decade old. It would have cost a pretty penny to upgrade everything and as it stood, the hardware was already outdated and it could barely run newer games at optimal speeds.I was a bit leery of moving from Alienware to a non-customized, out-of-the-box machine, but this turned out to be exactly what was needed.I opted for the 32GB RAM and it provides more than enough memory to run games at optimal performance. The Nvidia graphics card is powerful and performs well so far on modern games.So far, a few weeks in there are no problems. The machine starts up quickly and runs quietly and my partner is thrilled with the new computer. It's a solid gaming computer at a great price.

This machine can play almost all intensive graphic games, even though most parts are at least 1 gen behind. The wired mouse and keyboard are annoying. Get wireless ones. But for sub $1k, it's a good deal

Deleted my old review and am reposting it to try and warn others not to give HP your hard-earned money for this total piece of crap.Bought this in mid-2022. It worked nice for a while... until the power supply died in early 2023. That was my first trip to the repair shop, and I had to spend several hundred to get a replacement installed.Probably six months later, it once again died. There was no bringing it back. That was another hundred dollar trip to the repair shop. And they couldn't figure out what was wrong, other than it stopped recognizing all of the USB ports and was locking itself up. So they had to wipe EVERYTHING and re-install.And a matter of a few months later, it just completely tanked. Will not even load. And it's been sitting in my room for a year now while I try to save up money for a new computer.HP are crooks who are stealing people's money and delivering shoddy products. I will absolutely never buy one of their products again.If they had any decency, they'd reimburse me at least PART of the cost... it's not right to charge nearly $1,400 for a product that breaks down multiple times in under two years......but they won't.

I love my computer. It is fast and has so much storage.

Im very happy with this purchase. My only complaint would be the processor. Its fine if youre just doing one thing, no issues at all. But it won't let you play complex games AND stream. Also unsure how to find a cpu thats compatible with this motherboard to upgrade on my own. Other than that, it consistently performs well at ultra settings with every game I play.
