Upper lid of bag ripped after a few uses.
The upper left lid ripped after a couple of uses but it didn’t effect the integrity of the freezer section. Keeps items cold all day. No leaks.

Bought was a gift & one for me
They loved it as a gift. Used as carry on on planed to have as a cooler on vacation. Lots of pockets & items stayed cold.

So far so good
I haven’t used this backpack cooler yet so I don’t know whether it’s leak proof but it looks just like the picture. It was exactly what I was expecting. The quality seems to be well made

Good value
This product is good so far. I Can’t really speak about durability or sturdiness other than it’s held up well for our week long Disney trip. We filled it to the brim and used it everyday.

Keeps drinks cold, but soaks you’re lower back
Initially the first few days I used this on the beach I had no issues with any leaking. I’m not even sure you’d call this ‘leaking’, but after awhile the bottom back of the backpack started to get wet and would soak your lower back carrying it. I’ll keep using it for fishing trips to hold drinks and snacks in but won’t be carrying it on my back.
